We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Bend. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently situated across from a Safeway, making it easy for us to grab any essentials or snacks we needed. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a small pool and hot tub, as well as a cozy fire pit where we could gather and unwind in the evenings. Parking was a breeze, and we felt secure leaving our vehicles on the premises. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the tech-savvy options, such as the door key app and smart TV, which allowed us to easily access our own streaming accounts.

They quickly provided a roll-a-way bed for our sons and replaced a malfunctioning blow dryer. The service here was exceptional. The hotel's clean and fun camp-themed decor, with unique offerings like a dial-up phone and box radio, added a nostalgic touch to our stay. The gathering spaces in the lobby and courtyard/firepit area encouraged a sense of community. The comfortable bed, clean room, and delicious BackPorch coffee made for a comfortable stay. The location of this hotel, with restaurants and highways close by and a Safeway right across the street, was very convenient for us.
