We loved the cozy and comfortable rooms with extra pillows provided upon request. The option of having a pool was great, even though we didn't get to use it. The staff was warm and friendly, and they were able to accommodate our early check-in. The location of the hotel was fantastic, set away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within walking distance to restaurants in the valley and a short drive to the Pier or restaurants in Monterey.

This hotel is located in a nice area right off Carmel Valley Road, close to great restaurants and within easy reach of the central valley. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were well-maintained. The parking was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a couch in the room was a nice bonus. The pool area looked inviting, even though the weather was too chilly to enjoy it. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh hot croissants and sandwiches. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local sites and restaurants.
