The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me. The breakfast was outstanding and the unique dishes like the "Denver Omelet" were delicious. I loved the colonial building and its historical charm. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the activities in this city, except the beach. The tiny carriage way streets of the old city were filled with tons of restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore everything in less than 5 minutes.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The manager went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early and giving us a tour of the property. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of Old St Augustine. We were able to explore the city easily and visit all the top tourist spots.

Everything was fantastic! The hotel was clean and had great facilities. We had no worries about parking since it was provided for us. The location was perfect, right in the midst of the historic district, within walking distance to everything we wanted to experience. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff was always ready to help at the drop of a hat.

I had the best stay at this cozy bed and breakfast. The atmosphere was perfect, with a quiet and genteel neighborhood near the waterfront and all the sights of the historic district. The outdoor patio was a beautiful oasis, with the soothing sound of water from the fountains surrounding each private table. I loved having excellent restaurants just down the street. And the best part? They provided parking, which was a blessing considering how difficult it can be to find a spot in this city. The comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff made this the highlight of my trip.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and were greeted with a lovely surprise of champagne in our room. The front desk staff, Lynne, and the manager were incredibly warm and kind, making our stay even more memorable. The inn itself was beautiful and our room was comfortable. The breakfast provided was exceptional, and we also loved the afternoon wine and snacks. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the historic area, within walking distance of all the attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
