We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were always on hand to help and very pleasant to speak to. The location was excellent and provided beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel was clean and well looked after. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a great shower head in the bathroom. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine, sparkling water, and chocolates that were sent to our room. The staff went above and beyond to support us during a difficult situation caused by extreme weather.

We had the BEST time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. The town within walking distance had so many hidden gems, including shops, bars, and galleries. The hotel was incredibly clean, and our room had a large soaking tub and a comfortable four-poster bed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and they were knowledgeable about the Americans with Disabilities Act, which was greatly appreciated. the experience was truly unforgettable.

The location was perfect for me as it was right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped gym and a cozy patio area where I could relax by the fire. The rooms had stunning views of the harbor and were beautifully decorated. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially the Valet/Bell staff who assisted me during my stay.
