I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from restaurant recommendations to transportation. The cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from the trendiest restaurants and vibrant beach clubs. the access to a private cenote added a unique charm that contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
