I had a great experience at the hotel, mainly due to the superb staff who made me feel welcomed, especially Rubin. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and I enjoyed the beautiful view from the patio. The shuttle service was convenient, running every 20 minutes and making transportation a breeze. Plus, having a pool available was a lovely touch after a long day of hiking.

The hotel features a beautiful ambiance with lush grounds that make for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the friendly staff, especially at the on-site bar, where the beers and micheladas were tasty and reasonably priced. The complimentary shuttle service was a great convenience, making it easy to get to the main attractions without needing to navigate the steep hills. Although it was just a short uphill walk into the heart of the action, having the shuttle available was a huge bonus.

The warm pool was a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of exploring, and I loved the convenience of the shuttle service that took me to the ferry and downtown every 20 minutes. the location offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, yet it was just a short uphill walk to town.

I loved the beautiful location of the hotel. It’s tucked away from the tourist hustle, yet just a short walk to town. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers who made getting around easy. The restaurant served delicious food and drinks in a lovely setting.
