I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right across from the stunning cathedral. I loved the view from my balcony while enjoying coffee and cannoli. The staff, especially Francesco, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern touch blending with the historic charm of the old palace.
