I loved the location of the hotel, close to the old city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mihaela. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and beautiful. There were good cafes and shops nearby.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mihaela and Bogdan, who assisted with our airport transfers. The room was spotlessly clean and came with a mini fridge and kettle, which made my stay even more comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety too!
