I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything for tourists in a good safe area. It was conveniently located downtown and near Union Station, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff provided excellent service. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a British pub on-site and a comfortable bed in my well-designed room. I also appreciated the free laundry service. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in a good central loop location with close access to several Metro stations made it really convenient for exploring the city. We were able to easily visit the Willis Tower and Art Institute as they were both close by. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the gym, which may have been small, but had nice equipment. Additionally, the free filtered water stations on each floor were a great touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
