The cleanliness was impressive. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and cafes. Plus, the complimentary coffee and tea were a nice touch!

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, especially during our unexpected blizzard ordeal.
