I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was close to everything and not far from the town center. I could easily walk to downtown and explore all the attractions. The hotel facilities were great, especially the jacuzzi tub in the room. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The Deluxe King room was very spacious and had two entrances, adding to the convenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I even had to borrow a phone charger and they were kind enough to lend me one. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely book this place again.

The hotel's location was ideal, not too far from the town center but still close to everything. We were able to reach the Aquarium in about 10 minutes by taking a short drive down the hill. It gave us a feeling of being close to everything while still having a sense of peace and tranquility. The staff at the hotel was also fantastic, always friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to all our activities throughout the day and enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room had an amazing view from the balcony. We loved watching the sunrise every morning. The hotel facilities, especially the pool, were great and we spent a lot of time there. this hotel provided us with an amazing experience during our stay.
