The staff were consistently friendly and efficient, enhancing our experience. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was well-managed with a fantastic selection of fresh dishes. there were plenty of seating options, including cozy sofas and chairs around a massive wall-sized screen, creating a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring.

The location is perfect, being a short walk to the ropeway and nearby twin waterfalls, and the atmosphere in the lobby area was inviting and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the wide variety offered at breakfast was truly impressive.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, and I loved the cleanliness of the facilities. The location is perfect, just down the road from the gondola, making it easy to explore the national park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes.
