I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location was phenomenal, allowing easy access to restaurants on both Elizabeth and Swanston streets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire experience comfortable. The facilities were impressive, especially the bar upstairs, where I enjoyed delicious shared platters and cocktails. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and featured a comfy bed along with a big TV and a walk-in shower.
