The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide range of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of. The location was superb, sitting right opposite St Catherine's Church, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy its rich history.

The staff were incredibly friendly, with a standout being Caroline, who helped us with directions and recommendations. The breakfast was decent, and the spa facilities were a real highlight, offering a relaxing escape after a day of exploring.
