We loved the location of the hotel, being just a block away from Grand Central Station and within walking distance to attractions like Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly, always ready to assist. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop lounge, which offered a fantastic view and a relaxing atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as it was incredibly clean and conveniently located right by Grand Central Station. The staff were friendly and helpful, which enhanced the experience.
