The hotel's cleanliness was superb, with a spotless room and a hot shower. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pleasant lobby with hot coffee and tea available 24/7. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many of the sites I planned to see, including the theater district and Times Square. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed the nightly happy hour with complimentary wine and snacks.

The hotel facilities, including the lounge area and refillable water bottle stations, were excellent. The staff members were exceptional, friendly, and helpful. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the hotel provided new towels and linens upon request.

I also appreciated the free snacks and fruit available in the grand living room, where I could sit and use my technology for the day.
