We loved the hotel's prime location next to the riverwalk, as it allowed us easy access to great restaurants and attractions like the Art Institute and Millennium Park. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and had a nice view of the river, plus it featured a decent desk with plenty of plugs for our devices.
