The location was fantastic, with easy access to Kew Gardens and transport options to explore more of the city. My room was clean, cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Breakfast was delightful, too, featuring high-quality ingredients and served with a smile from the attentive staff.
