The location in the beautiful upper valley made exploring the stunning surroundings so easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist us with a smile. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the refreshing cocktails by the hot springs.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and I loved the chance to enjoy the alpaca farm and various informative exhibits about the local wildlife. Plus, the food at the restaurant was delightful, rounding off the experience beautifully.
