I had an amazing stay at the hotel, where the location couldn't be beat, as it was close to the cable cars, Chinatown, and popular attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Tony at reception, who went above and beyond to assist guests. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the free parking was a delightful surprise.

We loved the hotel's ideal location, allowing us to easily walk to nearby attractions such as the wharf and local dining spots. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable, and we appreciated the clean, spacious room with quality amenities. having free parking was a major bonus, saving us quite a bit of money during our visit.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location was fantastic, being really close to Pier 39 and various public transport options right outside. The free parking was a major plus, especially after my experience in LA. the staff, particularly Tony at reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making it feel welcoming. My room was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my visit.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, always greeting me with smiles, which really made my stay enjoyable.
