The staff was incredibly friendly, with Matt, the in-house DJ, being a highlight of our visit as he shared fascinating insights about the hotel’s history. We indulged in afternoon tea, beautifully presented with the freshest fare, and the little cups of soup were a delightful touch, making for a relaxed afternoon.
