We loved the location of the hotel. It is close to major attractions and only a short walk to the Falls. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered fresh waffles and good coffee, which was a nice way to start our day.

The location was incredibly convenient, making it an easy stroll to the tram car down to the falls and nearby restaurants. The staff impressed me with their quick check-in process and helpful assistance, especially when I needed support regarding my cellphone issue. The breakfast buffet was tasty, offering a good variety to start the day right.
