We were impressed by how clean everything was, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, even brewing fresh coffee for us upon our late arrival. The room had all the essentials, including a refrigerator and microwave, which were spotless and functional. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for our visit to RIT and nearby restaurants.
