I had a wonderful experience at the hotel due to its great location just off the Plaza de Armas and the helpful staff who were always welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, making my stay comfortable, and I enjoyed the hot water and pressure in the shower after a long day. The breakfast was decent for no extra charge, which was a nice touch.
