I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location is fantastic, right on Nanjing Road and within walking distance of the Bund. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the great variety of options in the breakfast spread, which truly set the tone for my day.
