We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, where the staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, situated near a tram stop that allowed for easy access to the city, and we loved how clean the facilities were, showcasing a tasteful design.
