I had an excellent experience at the hotel, where the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped me fix a reservation issue with ease. The location was also perfect, being close to the event center and the center of town, which made it convenient for exploring. The room was clean, and the hotel facilities, including a nice breakfast area, added to my overall satisfaction.
