We loved the location of this hotel. It was just off the main strip and within walking distance to the convention center, several restaurants, and attractions. We were also able to easily access Cades Cove and Roaring Fork nature trail. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was amazing and nice. The complementary breakfast was good, offering a variety of options to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had plenty of towels and the breakfast had lots of options. The hotel was conveniently located close to all the fun activities downtown. The staff, especially Rose at the front desk, was very nice and quick to help.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to everything we wanted to do within walking distance. The hotel's location right off the Main Street was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms stood out, as everything was well presented and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided had a great selection, including eggs and meat that fit our low carb diet. Additionally, the coffee area was well stocked and the fresh coffee was always available.
