We loved our spacious room and the fantastic view it offered. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Hanna at the restaurant and Joel at the reception. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a delightful coffee bar serving amazing treats until late.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond, especially the attentive service from Cesar, Fabiola, and Joel. I was also thrilled by the evening entertainment and the variety of dining options available, making the all-inclusive experience truly delightful. The coffee bar in the lobby served fantastic treats that I enjoyed late into the night.

The various restaurants provided an incredible range of menu options, and we especially loved the coffee bar in the lobby that served delicious snacks, crepes, and ice cream until 11 PM. the spacious rooms offered stunning views, and the proximity of fantastic snorkeling spots right in front was a major plus.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean, with stunning views. The variety of restaurants added excitement to our meals. The coffee bar with delicious snacks was a delightful surprise. Snorkeling right outside the hotel was incredible; we saw many fish and even spotted a couple of rays.
