I had a great experience at the hotel, as it was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the Nishi Shinjuku station, making transportation a breeze. I also loved the useful amenities, like the 7-Eleven in the basement for snacks and the pick-and-mix toiletries available in the lobby.

The location was ideal, being close enough to Shinjuku to enjoy all the attractions while still allowing for some peace and quiet. Plus, with two nearby metro stations, getting around the city was very convenient. We appreciated the handy laundry facilities and complimentary toiletries as well!
