The location is great, just a 15-minute walk from the central area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Paul, Fred, Ashan, and Marvin from housekeeping. Special thanks to Saud and Manu for allowing us a late check-out free of charge. Mr Mahrous at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay, as the hotel was immaculate, with very friendly staff who went above and beyond, especially Omar and Mina at the reception. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, and we loved the spacious room on the 18th floor, which offered an amazing view. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride to major attractions like the mall and public transport.
