I had a wonderful experience at the hotel; the location is perfect, right across from the Mahne Yehuda market, and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a nice balcony view of the alley.
