The location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the places I needed to visit in the charming old city. It was just in the middle of everything, surrounded by bars, shops, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me to local spots and ensuring I had the full San Juan experience. Transportation was a breeze, with taxis and Ubers easily finding the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything in Old San Juan. It was just minutes to walk to the best restaurants and shops. Despite being centrally located, it was not noisy at night. The hotel facilities were great, with working AC and comfortable beds. We had a peaceful night's sleep. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.
