Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had great facilities including a nice pool and beach access. The location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful homes and resorts in a high-end area. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was superb, situated between Delray Beach and Boca, right on the beach. Surrounded by beautiful homes and resorts on South Ocean Boulevard, the area was upscale and enjoyable to walk around. We loved the nice path for walkers and cyclists. The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations for the value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to anticipate our needs. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The hotel also had convenient parking and transportation options.

The check-in experience was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is exceptional, located right on the beach with beautiful views, even on windy days. The room with a balcony was clean and comfortable, providing free bottled water and coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The restaurant, Latitudes, served incredible food with knowledgeable servers. The Sunday brunch was bountiful, offering a variety of fresh seafood, breakfast dishes, and carving stations. The hotel's location provided close access to stores and a lovely running and biking path.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location. The hotel is right on the beach, which we really enjoyed walking on and seeing the beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and professional.
