The service was exceptional. The hotel staff accommodated my late check-in and provided clear instructions for the shuttle. The shuttle service was convenient and the drivers were friendly. The lady at the welcome desk was welcoming and helpful. The bed in my room on the 12th floor was comfortable. Everything in the room worked perfectly. I was able to catch a 6am shuttle back for my next flight.
