I loved the central location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The cleanliness was impressive; everything was spotless during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially at the reception, where they genuinely engaged with guests. The breakfast was fantastic, and I appreciated the free bottled water and good coffee machine in my room.
