We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The transportation options were fantastic, as a tram stop was conveniently located just outside, allowing us quick access to the city's main attractions. The coffee machine at reception was a delightful bonus, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed.
