The hotel offers free shuttle service to Universal and is conveniently located within walking distance of the park and city walk. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the indoor Starbucks and arcade, were a nice touch. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from beginning to end. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms were comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right across from Universal Studios and we were provided with a free shuttle. We also loved the option of choosing our room and floor on the phone app, as well as using it as our room key. the best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I was impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of my high-floor corner room. The large television was a great addition as well. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the gorgeous pool and lounge area, and the added bonus of having a Hershey's Ice Cream store and Starbucks on site. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing quick and efficient service. The location was perfect, with easy access to Universal City Walk and Universal Studios. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and they even offered transportation to and from the parks. The staff deserves special credit for their friendly and helpful service.
