I really enjoyed the hotel's great location, as it's super close to Universal Studios and offers a complimentary shuttle service to the parks. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even better. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated having several dining options on-site, along with a convenient shop.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk to Universal, and I could also find great dining options nearby, like the Kobe Steakhouse. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and the comfortable beds made my stay even more relaxing. I appreciated the nice pool and hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding after long days at the parks.
