The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The hotel was clean and tidy, with great facilities such as hot tubs, a pool, and a gym. The buffet breakfasts were particularly excellent. The location was also great, close to the beaver run lift, perfect for those in ski gear.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the Beaver Run lift, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. Additionally, it was within easy walking distance to downtown, allowing me to explore the city easily. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
