The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a short drive away from both Florida State University and FAMU. It was also conveniently close to Jacksonville for a wedding we attended. The staff were friendly and engaging, especially Alice the engineer who promptly resolved an issue with our AC unit. The hotel property itself was really nice and clean, and the facilities were great.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained pool area. The staff, especially Brianna from the wait staff, provided excellent customer service. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the convenient parking at the adjacent street meters.

I had a fantastic stay in this downtown hotel. The location was ideal, just a 3-minute drive from my meetings, and in close proximity to Florida State University and FAMU. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Brianna from the wait staff. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable.
