We loved our stay at this resort! The cleanliness was impeccable, with our rooms being cleaned and restocked twice a day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pools and the swim-up bar where we enjoyed fantastic drinks made by Erick the bartender. The location surprised us with its beautiful beach, despite other reviews mentioning seaweed. The free shows in the Theatre were a pleasant surprise, especially the Lights Show. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options, and the staff, including Leoncio, Carlos, Angel.

I loved the upscale atmosphere at the open bar area and reception. The large bathrooms were nice, although they could use a deep cleaning. The service at this resort, especially in the restaurants, was exceptional. The servers made sure our orders came out quickly, which was especially helpful with our infant. The food at dinner, particularly at the Italian and French restaurants, was delicious. The view from our oceanfront room in building 7 was absolutely spectacular. The adult-only pool in the Preferred section was perfect for relaxation. I also appreciated that there were plenty of shaded spots on the beach. The location was great, as it was very close to a charming small town with fantastic restaurants and an amazing coral barrier for snorkeling.
