I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They even let me check in early. The complimentary drinks, both soda and alcoholic, were a great perk. The breakfast was above and beyond what I expected, better than most hotels. The thermostat controls in the room were very responsive, keeping us cool despite the hot weather outside. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, such as the NAU campus and downtown. The room rate was a fantastic bargain, especially considering the free parking, dinner and drinks from 5:30 to 7pm, 24-hour access to free soda, water, and coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just outside of downtown and within walking distance to all the attractions. Surrounding stores were close by for any emergencies. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an indoor pool and a great breakfast spread. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Willie at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel was clean and everything was in great condition. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless and spacious, with comfortable beds and ample seating. I appreciated the in-room mini fridge and microwave. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuine, like the ones at Disneyland. The complimentary popcorn and drinks for both kids and adults were a nice touch. The breakfast and dinner options were plentiful, and the hotel's location was convenient and centralized. Perfect for visiting parents of nearby NAU.

We loved everything about our stay here. The cleanliness of the hotel, the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the helpful staff were all top-notch. The hotel facilities were great, with a parking garage available for our convenience. The location was perfect, as we were only a short drive away from the Grand Canyon and a quick walk to downtown. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs. They even kept our small bag with valuable items safe for us until we returned. The breakfast selection was very good and the buffet dinner was a nice surprise. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of downtown and the historic area of this city. We also enjoyed being close to shops and restaurants.
