The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and very clean, making us feel comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to attractions, cafes, and the riverside. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering a ride to the railway station when the shuttle was delayed. My room was spotless with fresh linens, and the air conditioning was efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel was close to a variety of restaurants, including a great Chinese/Thai place just steps away.
