We loved the cleanliness of this hotel. Everything from the white linens to the carpets and baseboards was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice pool area that allowed us to swim indoors and outdoors. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as we could easily walk to anywhere in the area. Additionally, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Gatlinburg. The location was perfect, right next to everything and close to hikes. The room was very clean and well-kept, with a balcony overlooking a beautiful stream/river. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The breakfast served from 7:00 - 10:00 AM was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location compared to other areas in Gatlinburg, and the helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to everything in downtown Gatlinburg, with easy walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and our room had a balcony overlooking a peaceful stream. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even talking us through directions when we got a little lost.

The breakfast served from 7:00 - 10:00AM was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options including sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits, muffins. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the attractions of this city.
