The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and an eco-conscious approach. The facilities provided everything I needed, from a lovely balcony with a beautiful view to the tasty breakfast included. The staff went above and beyond, delivering coffee in the morning and tea with chocolate at night. They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, making my stay a memorable one. The hotel's location at the end of the bay offered a perfect view of the sea, and it was just a short walk to other beach areas and nearby spots in town.

The location was perfect, away from the noisy areas yet close to beautiful cenotes and a string of bars and restaurants. Parking and transportation were convenient.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. From organizing transportation and scheduling antigen tests to providing turndown service with tea and chocolates, they truly took care of everything. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for my belongings and a large bathroom with a great shower. The hotel's location in a small cove away from the busy Tulum scene provided a breathtaking view, especially from the room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the evening tea and morning coffee brought directly to my room. Additionally, the staff's attention to eco-friendly practices, such as using natural materials and limited linen changes, was commendable.
