I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and jacuzzi. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in downtown and I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel had clean and comfortable amenities, and the staff provided excellent service. The separate bedroom space was wonderfully quiet, and the buffet-style breakfast had a delicious variety of options.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated within walking distance to many Chicago attractions, city shops, parks, and even a restaurant downstairs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful inside mezzanine where we enjoyed breakfast and spent quality time with our family. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options including a made-to-order omelet station. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a separate bedroom which was perfect for our family with kids.
