The staff was amazing, caring, and very kind. They were always attentive and helpful, especially Mark who fixed the air conditioning in our room and offered to move us to a cooler room. The breakfast was great, with a small buffet and even an omelette cook preparing individual sealed cartons. The evening cocktails were a nice touch, with a rotating selection of snacks to choose from. The location was also convenient, with restaurants within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel - it exceeded our expectations. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the short drive to The Living Desert, a must-visit attraction in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of our king suite was impeccable, and the modern and spacious layout made it very comfortable for us. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries available. We especially loved the beautiful view over downtown and the mountains. The parking was convenient and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was a big plus, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. The staff, especially Gina, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
