The location within the zoo allowed us to enjoy animal shows with easy access to restaurants and various facilities in the park itself. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, adding to the overall great experience we had.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was remarkable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The animal encounters were unforgettable, especially feeding the hippos! I loved the unique room overlooking the giraffes. The location next to the zoo is perfect for families and the kids had a blast with all the activities.

The staff was incredibly friendly and upgraded me to a stunning suite. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the spacious room with a view of the giraffe enclosure. Feeding the giraffes from my terrace was a highlight. Plus, the free zoo admission made everything even better!
