The staff, especially Ms. K, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. the location was convenient, especially being close to Medical City and just $15 more per night to stay at the Westin, which was well worth it.

The parking was convenient, making it easy for me to come and go, and I really appreciated the comfortable atmosphere they created.
