I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond, especially at check-in. The lush garden added charm to the atmosphere, and the location was convenient for exploring amenities. Although I didn't utilize the shuttle service, I appreciated its availability for easy transportation around the city.
